TESDs Series
TESDs, 15 W - 100 W, ultra wide network, metal housings with mounting flanges
TESDs modules are designed for an ultra-wide 48W (9.80) V DC electrical network, which in combination with a durable metal housing significantly increases their scope of application. Standard electric DC networks 12W (10.2…36) V, 24W (18…75) V are available to order.
The series consists of DC/DC modules TESDs15, TESDs25, TESDs50 and TESDs100. The numbers indicate the maximum output power of the module in Watts, to ensure long-term reliability, the load factor of these modules should be selected in the range of 0.7…0.8. The modules contain a standard set of service functions.
Design advantages: Tests modules have very small dimensions, which, combined with good efficiency, allows them to allow an energy density from 31 W/in3 to 64 W/in3. Considering that all components are structurally connected to the housing and filled with a rigid heat-conducting compound – resistance and strength to mechanical influences is good.
On request, it is possible to perform for the operating temperature range of the housing -60 ° C … +125 ° C!
TESDs series modules can be successfully used in flying and floating objects, in all types of ground transport.
They are very optimal for telecommunications facilities, for supercomputers, for radars and information display screens located in external environmental conditions and, finally, in very wide temperature ranges of the environment – they work in the Arctic and Antarctica, in mountains at all altitudes and in cold and hot deserts, etc., wherever a very wide range of input voltages is required.
